Becoming a parent is one of the most treasured dreams for couples. When natural conception is not possible, assisted reproductive technologies can turn that dream into reality. At Enora Health Group, we partner with Turkey's most successful IVF centers to provide world-class fertility treatments. Our multidisciplinary team of experienced embryologists, gynecologists and andrologists evaluates each couple individually to create personalized treatment protocols.
Our partner centers feature state-of-the-art embryo laboratories, time-lapse incubator systems and genetic screening capabilities. Patient coordinators support you at every stage of the process, providing both medical and emotional guidance.

IVF is a multi-step process that includes ovarian stimulation with hormone therapy, retrieval of mature eggs, laboratory fertilization with sperm, and transfer of the resulting embryo into the uterus. ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) significantly improves fertilization rates by injecting a single sperm directly into the egg. Time-lapse incubators allow uninterrupted monitoring of embryos and selection of the highest quality embryo for transfer.
Egg freezing is an ideal option for women who wish to preserve their fertility due to career planning, medical treatments (such as chemotherapy) or simply not being ready to start a family. Using vitrification -- a rapid freezing technique -- eggs can be stored for years without deterioration. Women can thaw these eggs whenever they choose and proceed with IVF. The procedure follows a short course of hormone therapy and is performed under local anesthesia.
Sperm freezing preserves male fertility by storing semen samples under specialized laboratory conditions. It may be chosen before cancer treatment, for advanced age planning, or due to occupational risks. Frozen sperm can maintain viability for decades under proper storage conditions. When needed, samples are thawed for use in IVF or IUI treatments.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) enables genetic analysis of embryos created during IVF. This analysis examines chromosomal structure, identifies genetic disease carriers and can determine gender. Family balancing through gender selection is available in countries where legally permitted. PGT is also valuable for investigating recurrent miscarriages and failed IVF attempts.
Micro TESE (Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction) is a procedure to obtain sperm directly from testicular tissue in men with no sperm in their ejaculate (azoospermia). Performed under a surgical microscope, tubules with sperm production potential are identified and sampled. Retrieved sperm is used with ICSI for IVF treatment. Success rates range from 40-60% depending on the individual case.
IUI involves placing prepared, concentrated sperm directly into the uterus via a thin catheter during the ovulation window. The procedure is simple, painless and brief. It is recommended as a first-line treatment for unexplained infertility, mild male factor or cervical factor issues. Success is typically evaluated after 3-4 attempts, with a transition to IVF if necessary.
